Creative Writing

Calling all storytellers! Learn the basic techniques of short stories and poetry, exploring the many ways in which shorter prose can be used. Explore your own narratives through many brainstorming techniques and learn how to write and critique in a new, engaging way. This class will equip you with the skills to share your story, your way.

Morning Wheel Throwing

Want to get serious about wheel throwing while enjoying the summer mornings? You will spend theweek learning the basics of wheel throwing, have the opportunity to get your hands dirty, and leave with a new set of handmade ceramic ware. Projects include basic bowl and mug forms to a tiered jewelry tower. Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready for pick up 10 days after class ends.

Contemporary Voice Workshop

Love to sing and perform? Join us if you want to take the next step in developing your vocal skills, including microphone technique, song interpretation, and authentic stage presence. You'll also build technical and production skills like range, key, cues, etc. and have the opportunity to perform and/or record a prepared song of your choice. The format for this class will be mostly group masterclass and one-on-one coaching.

In this session, you'll use photography and collage to create a unique work of art that expresses yourself and your ideas.
